A: The Groomer Trial Kit is designed to allow you to test the full Woof Wellness system in a real salon environment before committing to full-size products.
Q: How many dogs will this kit cover?
A: Our shampoos are highly concentrated, requiring approximately 8ml per wash. This allows the kit to be used across multiple dogs depending on size and coat type.
Q: Why is the shampoo thinner than other brands?
A: This is intentional. Woof Wellness shampoos are designed to dilute easily, move quickly through the coat and rinse faster, helping improve efficiency in the salon while still delivering a clean, professional finish.
We intentionally leave out unnecessary thickening agents, as these are not required for effective cleansing. Our focus is on coat and skin care performance, rather than creating the appearance of thickness.
Q: Do I need to dilute the shampoo?
A: Yes. For best results, we recommend using approximately 8ml per litre of water based on a medium sized cockerpoo.
This can be adjusted depending on coat condition, with slightly more used for larger dogs, heavier soiling or if a higher level of foam is preferred.

Q: What order should I use the products in?
A: For best results:
Shampoo → De-Shedding Clay Spa → Conditioner → Dry → Spritz
Q: Do I have to use the clay spa treatment?
A: No. The clay spa is an optional treatment step, but it is highly recommended for improving coat preparation, undercoat release and overall finish.
In a salon setting, it can also be offered as an optional paid add-on service, helping to enhance results while increasing service value.
Q: Can I use this on all coat types?
A: Yes. The products included are suitable for a wide range of coat types and are designed for general salon use.
Q: Will the conditioner weigh the coat down?
A: No. The Ultra Conditioner is designed to provide effective conditioning without heaviness, leaving the coat soft, manageable and natural.
It can also be diluted to suit coat type and desired finish, allowing you to adjust the level of conditioning for each dog.
Q: Is this suitable for frequent grooming?
A: Yes. The formulations are soap-free and designed to be gentle enough for regular grooming routines.
Q: What is the purpose of the spritz?
A: The spritz is used as a finishing step after drying to leave the coat fresh, lightly scented and professionally finished.

Ok. It not bad , its not great, its just not for me. Im glad I tried the trial box and not splurged on full size.
I used the clarifying shampoo on a cockerpoo and the short coat on a smooth mixed breed.
They all smell very samey. I like different scents especially if ive a client that doesnt like one fragrance
Its very liquidy as it doesn't have the thickeners in it.
It does not lather like at all of using a mixing bottle as theres no surfacants in it. I know bubbles doesnt mean cleaner but , I like a good lather. It helps me see where ive bathed and rinsed especially on big heavy double coats like chows.
It mixes really easily in the water. I did have to use more than it stated ,but thats to be expected with hard water.
It was tricky to see where I shampooed because of no bubbles.
It cleaned really well. 1st shampoo rinse and the water ran off brown. 2nd shampoo and rinse it was clear so obviously working
It hasn't irritated my skin (always a bonus)
The blow dry was quicker than normal for this cockerpoo (by about 5 mins)
The coat was left really clean and soft and had a slight scent to the coat but nothing overpowering.
I really wanted to like this but it just isn't for me sadly.

Just to clarify one point for anyone reading, our shampoos do contain surfactants (that's what allows them to cleanse), but we've intentionally formulated them without sulphate-based cleansing systems, added thickeners or foam boosters. This gives them a thinner consistency and lower-foam wash by design.
Our Clarifying Shampoo is also designed as a reset or first-wash shampoo to deeply cleanse and remove dirt, oils and build-up before following with an outcome-based shampoo chosen for the coat type or desired finish. Our philosophy has always been that the first wash cleans the coat, while the second wash is where you achieve the result you're looking for. It is also a particularly popular option for hand-stripped and wire-coated breeds, where a deep clean without adding extra conditioning can be beneficial.
We completely understand your comments regarding scent variety. As a newer brand, we currently offer selected scent options across the range rather than every fragrance being available in every product. Expanding scent choices is something we hope to continue developing as Woof Wellness grows.
