Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

During busy periods, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship across the United Kingdom using tracked courier services.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
Express Delivery (if selected): 1–2 working days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Order weight
• Delivery location
• Selected shipping service

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided:

• We are not responsible for failed deliveries
• Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery


Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the courier.

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist in raising an investigation with the courier.

We cannot issue replacements or refunds until the courier confirms a parcel is officially lost.


Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include photos of:

• The damaged item
• Packaging
• Shipping label

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated.
