Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will of course resolve this for you.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If there is a problem with your order, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.


Return Address

If a return is required, we will provide instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

Refunds
