Woof Wellness is not responsible for misuse, incorrect dilution, or inappropriate application.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice.

We are currently not VAT registered. Where VAT becomes applicable, pricing will be updated accordingly.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Woof Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Faulty or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
